About Us

I am 26, French, I studied communication and I am passionate about food and restaurants, about going out basically. Actually, the place where you go out talks a lot about who you are and I always made the point in London, by going out every week-end for a brunch meal, in a new venue with a good friend, in order to share crispy gossips with a nice cappucino or a black Americano next to us. Well, you are snobish or you are not : because you know the phrase : to be or not to be, that is the question aha..; And by the way, I can tell that everybody is snobish in one way, the difference is in the choice of the topic. If I choose to be so dedicated by going out in brunch venues only (or more often than going out in the eve for dinner for instance) it is because I like my food (and my coffee !!), but because I am selfconscious too, so in order to go to bed not too late on the weekdays, or to stay free on Saturday evening to go to the house parties of my friends, I had to find a trick, in order to stay good enough socially. Plus, an interesting point when you live in the UK, if you go out around lunch time, you are less tempted by drinking alcohol... and when you know how easy it is to find occaions to drink too much in London, you can see the point, if you resist to order the amazing Bloody Mary cocktail at noon indeed, especially after a late crazy night out...

About my teammate, she is half English, half Belgian, (French speaker), she studied in the UK and she worked in the same company than myself. She educated me by going out in the nice, popular and independant trendy venues, all around the city, but especially near Hammersmith or Covent Garden, because we lived both in the West end (shame on us aha).

Thankfully, I managed to reach Angel, Hackney and Liverpool Street sometimes too, so I don't forget you guys, my friends living above of the border, in the East End. But I bet that you already found out the places I will mention on this blog. Well, at least we could exchange our point of views about these restaurants and other people might be inspired by our debate...
